Graeme Chart has dedicated over 30 years to music as both a professional performer and passionate educator. His career has taken him across the UK, South Africa, the Middle East and beyond, performing in theatres, on cruise ships and at major live events. While he has enjoyed an extensive performing career, Graeme's greatest passion has always been teaching. Through schools, private lessons and his successful teaching practice in Dubai, he has helped hundreds of children and adults develop confidence, creativity and a lifelong love of music.

Aseel Winy brings over 20 years of international experience in customer experience, business operations and organisational development. She has successfully transformed systems, strengthened team infrastructure and improved performance across multiple companies in the UAE.

Passionate about education and helping people thrive, Aseel is an integral part of the Beat Builders team. She oversees administration and communications with schools, parents and partner care homes, ensuring every programme is well organised and every participant enjoys a positive experience.
