Our weekly care home drum sessions (maximum of six residents) provide a fun, engaging activity that brings people together through music. Gentle drumming encourages social interaction, stimulates memory, concentration and coordination, and promotes light physical movement in an enjoyable, inclusive setting. No musical experience is needed—just a willingness to join in, connect with others, and have fun.
